"We hired Katie as part of a staff wide development day around wellbeing. Katie was very professional and knowledgeable and the staff loved the sessions that much we have booked her in for another day session in December. Can not recommend high enough. Thank you so much!"

how will drumming benefit your business?
You may have people in your organisation who are under stress and may not be performing at their best. There might also be an absence of teamwork and mutual support. Participating in group percussion sessions can be a cost-effective way to improve morale, motivation and teamwork as well just being great fun! Participating in group drumming could improve employee motivation, teamwork, job retention and reduce stress and absences.
To spend a few hours learning to play rhythms on instruments you may never even have seen before, and then to pull it all together for one awesome Samba sound is enormously rewarding. Drumming in a group is about working together as a team, rather than individual performance, readily demonstrating that the whole being greater than the sum of its parts.
